Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. Aftology is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Aftology products.

To request a refund, email us at support@aftology.com within 90 days of your purchase with your order number. You do not need to return the product — keep it regardless. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Refunds apply to purchases made directly through aftology.shop. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
